I chose to delete the post about the MS Surface Parody because it wasn’t original content – seems like everyone has a link to it.

Instead, here’s some original blog content you’ll find nowhere else. I’m on the road, and thankful for a nice fast connection from my hotel rooms. I’ve got a couple DVDs, Fritz is still beating my socks off at Chess, and I’m drooling over these giant chess sets. Hmm… a lathe, a chainsaw, and I could create something like that.

Oh, back to the DVDs.  I highly recommend watching Al Pacino in Looking for Richard and Chinese Coffee.

Received my June issue of Chess Life yesterday, with the EB ballot attached. My vote is for the “Polgar Four” – Susan Polgar, Paul Truong, Korenman, and Bauer.  Don’t forget the recent postage increase when sticking the stamps on your ballot!
