Chess Sets – Part 3.

I seem to have a fondness for chess pieces. My latest chess set purchase are these terrific triple weighted pieces. Classic Staunton design, the king stands over 4 inches tall, and the entire set weighs in at 3 1/2 lbs. One of the extra queens seems a little lighter than the others – I assume a weight is missing – but no matter. This is a great set to play with. I suspect these pieces will be a little more difficult for the cats to tip over.
